Tracking:
Tracking through USPS.com 
Please be aware that USPS
tracking often consists of only two statuses: "The USPS was
electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for
mailing" and "Your package was delivered". Most major metropolitan
areas will receive the package within two days of shipping, so we do
hope the lack of day-to-day tracking does not present an inconvenience. Tracking through Fedex.com 
Returns:
Unfortunately due to health concerns, we cannot accept any returns or
exchanges. Also, we suggest you be EXTREMELY cautious of websites that
accept returns other than manufacture defects or shipping damages
because you may eventually receive a used adult toy. Cancellations:
The customer must contact CustomerService@glasstoybox.com
immediately to cancel your order. (Please Note: Most orders are shipped
out the same day) Otherwise if the item has been shipped out, shipping
charges are not refundable. In the event that the order was shipped
free of charge, the customer will be refunded minus our shipping cost.
(Because of our shipping method we cannot stop packages, the customer MUST REFUSE SHIPMENT ON DELIVERY otherwise no returns or cancellations will be accepted.)
Shipping:
We use United States Postal Service to ship all of our orders unless stated otherwise. We know privacy is very important to everyone so all of our packages are unmarked and very discreet. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours or earlier. Orders placed before 12pm M.S.T are usually shipped out the same day.

Shipping Upgrades:
You can upgrade to various shipping methods per USPS. To upgrade your shipping, type in your zip code then press calculate and there will be a drop down of the additional cost for parcel, priority or express shipping. No additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
